This guest suite is conveniently situated on the entry level floor of the building, requiring no stairs for access, except for 3 small steps to enter the building. The space enjoys abundant natural daylight, thanks to its southwest-facing orientation, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony of this corner unit to savor picturesque views of Icicle Ridge and the tranquil Wenatchee River.
Our exceptional location in the heart of Leavenworth offers the ideal getaway, with equal convenience for exploring downtown or accessing Barn Beach on the Wenatchee River. Google Maps is a reliable resource. Turn onto 9th street from US Highway 2 and follow 9th street through the city center. Turn left down the alley (before the 4-story yellow condo building) prior to reaching Main street at the end of the block. The parking area and entrance to the Suites on Main will be the second property on your right after turning down the alley.

Cancellation Policy:
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after. A pre-authorization of USD 200.00 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 3 days after departure.
Snow, Fire, Smoke & “Acts of God” Policy:
We are not responsible for natural disasters which might affect your stay such as snow storms, fires, smoke, floods, etc. As such, we do not refund outside of our cancellation policy if you decide to forgo your trip due to an “act of God”, unless an official closure notice has been issued and guests are literally unable to come – which is a very rare occurrence. If you are concerned about losing your deposit in this sort of event, we highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance (see below). Please do not expect us to be your insurance policy. We also encourage folks who may have respiratory issues to not plan your stay during the typical fire/smoke season (generally the month of August has a higher potential for fires in the surrounding area.)
Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. Unexpected events happen, which can cause you to cancel your trip. To guard against losing your deposit, you can buy travel insurance for a small fee. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to TripAssure, Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection, or other online travel insurance sites for details and to purchase.
