Is there a nightly minimum stay?

There is a two-night minimum stay on Friday and Saturday nights in all units and during peak seasons (July, August, and December). Single-night stays are available in our studio units and The Alley House Sunday through Thursday during non-peak periods.

How many people can sleep in each suite?

The guest capacity for each suite is as follows:

• Studios: Up to 4 guests (1 queen bed & 1 sleeper sofa)
• 1-Bedroom Suites: Up to 4 guests (1 queen bed & twin bunk bedroom; 1 queen sleeper sofa in living area)
• The Family Suite: Up to 8 guests (2 queen bedrooms, bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds)
• The Alley House: Up to 2 guests (1 queen bed & twin rollaway as alternative)

Please ensure your group size matches the unit’s listed capacity at booking.

Can I bring my pet?

No pets of any kind are permitted on the premises except service animals protected by law. Emotional support animals are not permitted at this location.

Where can I park an additional vehicle?

Each unit (#2–#7) has one designated parking space. Suite #1 includes two spaces by the lower-level carport.

Additional Parking: There is no extra parking on the property. Downtown Leavenworth offers paid street parking at kiosks during business hours. Please read parking signs carefully, especially during winter months when overnight parking is restricted for snow removal.

How close is The Suites on Main to the center of town?

• The Suites on Main: 1.5 blocks from the town square
• The Alley House: 4 blocks from the center of town

Can you accommodate an early check-in or late checkout?

Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Checkout: Before 11:00 AM

Early arrivals and late checkouts are often difficult to arrange as our small team needs time to prepare each suite. If you notify us when you arrive in town, we can provide updates on your unit’s readiness.

• You’re welcome to park on site after 2:00 PM if your space is available.
• You may leave your car in your spot until about 1:00 PM on departure day.

Can you store my luggage?

As we don’t have a front desk, we’re unable to store luggage outside of reservation windows. However, we can often provide a code for access to our shared gear storage area, available to guests of the seven building units.

Do any units accommodate guests with limited mobility?

Our Family Suite is ADA-compliant.

• Entry Level: Suites #2, #3, #4 (four shallow steps)
• Upper Level: Suites #5, #6, #7, and The Alley House (full flight of stairs)

Please note there is no elevator on-site.

What should I remember to bring?

• Beach towels
• Baby gear or equipment
• Electronics chargers
• Bike/ski locks
• Snow sleds or tubes
• Cream and sugar for coffee — we’ll start you off with local drip!

Are there any house rules I should know before booking?

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Our shared building uses a decibel monitor (it does not record conversations).

Pet Policy: No pets, except service animals protected by law. Emotional support animals are not permitted.

No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property, including outdoor areas. Smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited.

Trash: Please dispose of extra trash in the alley dumpster. The city does not offer recycling pickup, but you may use extra bags to transport recyclables if you wish.

Our refund policy is outlined in our Terms and Conditions. We understand unexpected events may affect travel plans, but we must remain consistent with our policy. Please review weather and travel conditions before departure.
